Is this deal limited to certain states. I live in FL and I went to CVS this morning and they were on sale for $.99 but I didn’t see any sign saying anything about ECBs so I asked the cashier. He said that it wouldn’t generate the extra care bucks. He didn’t ring it up he went to the red box and checked. Should I have had him ring it up instead?
Hey, yes, you should have gotten it. Its one of those unadvertised deals that not even the cashiers know about. It is dead now though so it wont work anymore. But it was everywhere, not in the ad or anything. 🙁
