60 Second Yummy Low Carb Chocolate Cake!

I have been making this keto chocolate cake way too much. This week was one of those weeks I was craving everything bad. So I made my cake and ate it too. Let me tell you. The best cake. I could not tell it was keto. The kids LOVES it and ask for it often. It’s moist, tasty and super easy.

 

 

Ingredients

3 TBS Almond Flour + 1 teaspoon (Or 1 TBS Coconut flour)

1 TBS butter, Melted

2 Table Spoon Swerve

1/2 TSP Baking Powder

1 TBS Cocoa Powder

1 Egg, Beaten

1 TSP Heavy Cream

Splash of vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon powder

Optional slivered almond for crunch. Or nut of your choice.

 

Directions

Melt butter in microwave for 1 min

Combine all ingredients

Mix thoroughly and microwave for 60 – 75 seconds

Drizzle with Hershey’s Sugar free chocolate syrup.
